Blank SamplesSamples are available for all items Promodepot offer.
In most cases these are supplied blank, however some items are sampled as overs from existing production runs, or have been specifically printed for sampling.
These are invoiced at the Selected Products Minimum Quantity Buy Rate (as shown on the website), plus Freight and Handling.
As samples are not free, it is advisable to use the product information and images available on our site to minimise your sample selection and additional expense.
Product Samples are Not Returnable and Non Refundable.

NB - USB Flash drive samples are supplied without Memory chips.
Go Back to the previous pagePre-Production SamplingDuring the order process, Art proofs are supplied to demonstrate your artwork in size and position on the items on order. In the majority of cases, the proofing process (along with product images) is ample to gain a feel of how your final product will look branded.
If Pre-Production samples, with your decoration, are required, these are available at additional Cost. These charges are quite significant and usually include decoration setup charges as labour and film must be covered to produce the 1 off sample.
Repeat setup charges may then be applicable when the Full production run is authorised.
Freight is additional
Charges are based on a case by case basis.
