When/Where do I pay for my order?
Payment is not needed during the order process on our website. Once your promotional products order is complete, an invoice will be issued for payment. Preferred payment methods include EFT and Cheque. Credit Cards are accepted via the PayPal payment gateway (Visa and Mastercard only), however Bank Fees do apply.

What is "Position 1, Position 2 ... when getting prices on my selected marketing item?
The term "Position" refers to the available decoration location/side on the given item, and is directly linked to the process of "setting up" to apply the requested decoration onto your product.
EG - To embroider a Cap on the Front and Side would require 2 positions of decoration as the embroidery can not be applied to both locations in the one process.
Can I Print a Quote?
Yes, you sure can! - Once you've entered your required decoration and quantity for the desired product, click on 'Get Price"

How do I upload my Artwork?
Your art files can be emailed to
create@promodepot.com.au. To assist, this is also referenced in the Promotional Products Order Confirmation email you will receive after successful submission of your purchase.
Where do I select the Promotional Product Colour and Sizes when ordering?
Merchandise Item colours and sizes will be confirmed with you during the art approval process. This follows the placement of your order.
